Sarah Rose McDonald Barrel Racing Clinic
Fallen Timber Stables, LLC and Melissa Green will be hosting Sarah Rose McDonald's Barrel Racing Clinic. She is a professional barrel racer, 2015 & 2016 NFR Qualifier, 2014 Rookie of the Year, and 2016 American Champion.
When:
Saturday, May 13th, 2017 -- 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Sunday, May 14th, 2017 -- 9:00am - 3:00pm
Each session is a 1-Day clinic. When you sign up, you will either sign up for the Saturday session OR the Sunday session.
You should be tacked and in the arena approximately 30 minutes prior to the clinic.
NOTE: Request your preferred date, but please note, your preferred date is NOT guaranteed until the clinic is filled. For example, if we have too many interested in one day or the other, we may need to move registrants. Your final date will be posted once the clinic is filled. There will be a sheet posted at the stable, the website, and the Facebook Event Page.

Clinic Fees:
$390 per Clinic Session. Clinics are limited to 12 riders, each.
$20 Daily Audit Fee – For those who wish to attend as a spectator, only. There is limited space with only 10 auditors per session.
Clinic Payment Logistics:
First payment $130 due WITH your sign up NO LATER than March 31st
Second payment $130 due by April 15th
Final payment of $130 due by May 5th

Please adhere to the deadlines and get your checks in early! The clinics are already beginning to fill up!
The first 12 checks received for each clinic session will be given spots (that is a total of 24). For any quantity greater than that, we will hold the check and place you on a Wait List IN THE ORDER THE CHECKS ARE RECEIVED. Due to the extreme interest of these clinics, we, unfortunately, cannot make exceptions to the deadlines.

Withdrawal:
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may sell your spot and the person who buys it can make the remaining payments.
Again, due to the extreme interest of these clinics, we, unfortunately, cannot make exceptions to the deadlines.
