Camarillo Clinic Payment Reminder
For those attending the clinic, the next payment is due Tuesday, November 17, 2016.
Make checks payable to: Terri Willey. Either bring them to the stable and give them to Alex, or mail them to Terri.
Here is the payment schedule:
November 15 - $100
December 15 - $100
January 15 - $100
February 19 - $150 Final payment due
Please be patient; we are working on a payment coupon sheet and will either e-mail or snail-mail to you, shortly.
