Camarillo Clinic Payment Reminder
For those attending the clinic, the next payment is due on Thursday, December 15, 2016.
Make checks payable to: Terri Willey. Either drop them off at the stable (see Alex if Terri isn't there) or mail them to Terri.
Payment schedule:
December 15 - $100
January 15 - $100
February 19 - $150 Final payment due
