Camarillo Clinic Payment Reminder

For those attending the clinic, the most recent payment was due on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. If you have not done so yet, get your check to Terri ASAP!

Make checks payable to: Terri Willey. Either bring them to the stable and give them to Alex, or mail them to Terri.

Here is the payment schedule:

November 15 - $100
December 15 - $100
January 15 - $100
February 19 - $150 Final payment due

Payment coupons are ready! You may pick them up at the stable (see Terri or Alex).

For your convenience, attached is an image of the payment coupon sheet at the bottom of this blog post. You can save it to your desktop, and print them off at home.
